(MBSI) is proud to announce the promotion of Linda Fleming, Melissa Foreman and Becky Hensen to Operations Managers and Rachael Darner and Karen Essman to Division Managers. These promotions develop out of a general restructuring in MBSI in response to continued company growth. Under MBSI’s current management plan, each Division Manager (DM) maintains focal control of 4-6 contract sites. To position MBSI for future expansion while assuring optimal service, MBSI has increased the number of Division Managers in order to more effectively and accurately manage the accounts receivables for each site. With an increasing number of DMs, the addition of an oversight position is a natural progression for MBSI. The 3 new Operations Managers will administer 4-6 DMs in their separate regions.
